Reusable foundations
Modules and composition patterns that expose useful choices without hiding the infrastructure.
We help teams replace fragile manual changes with clear Terraform, Terraform Cloud, Atlantis and Bicep workflows across AWS, Azure and multi-environment platforms.

Plans, reviews, approvals and controlled applies through CI, Terraform Cloud or Atlantis.
Explicit state, ownership and configuration across development, staging and production.
Good Infrastructure as Code is more than translating console settings into configuration. We determine how infrastructure should be divided, where state lives, who can change it and how application teams consume shared components. The structure should match operational responsibility and reduce the blast radius of routine changes.
We build and improve Terraform configurations for AWS, Azure and platform services. Reusable modules provide consistent foundations while keeping inputs, outputs and dependencies understandable. We avoid abstraction that makes every exception harder than the original infrastructure.
Multi-environment design can use separate roots, workspaces or repositories depending on isolation, access and release requirements. We make environment differences deliberate and reviewable instead of relying on copied directories or undocumented manual steps.
State requires secure storage, locking, restricted access and a recovery approach. We review existing state, imports and dependencies before changing workflows. Plans should be visible during review, applies should have clear authorization, and credentials should be short-lived or managed wherever the platform supports it.
Our experience includes Terraform Cloud and Atlantis with GitHub. Pull-request-driven workflows let engineers see proposed infrastructure changes beside the code, discuss risk and retain an audit trail. We configure the workflow around repositories, environments and approval rules rather than forcing one global pattern.
For Azure environments, Bicep may be appropriate for Azure-native resources or an established internal workflow. We can work with Bicep and Terraform while keeping boundaries explicit. A mixed toolset needs ownership and dependency rules so two systems do not compete for the same resource.
Adoption is usually incremental. We inventory resources, identify stable boundaries, decide what should be imported and prioritize infrastructure that changes often or carries operational risk. Documentation and handover include repository structure, state, execution, failure recovery and how to extend the code safely.
AIOC engineers have built reusable Terraform modules, AWS Organizations environments, Terraform Cloud workflows, Atlantis and GitHub review automation, as well as Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Bicep. We can deliver a defined IaC project, review and refactor an existing codebase, establish a team workflow or provide ongoing platform support.
