Keep production moving
Support incidents, maintenance, upgrades, backups and production investigation.
AIOC provides ongoing DevOps and CloudOps engineering for product teams that need experienced infrastructure support but do not require a full internal platform organization.
Support incidents, maintenance, upgrades, backups and production investigation.
Work through IaC, CI/CD, observability, security and reliability technical debt.
Add senior capacity, documentation and direct engineering collaboration without a sales handoff.
Product teams often reach a point where cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, pipelines and monitoring need regular ownership, but a complete internal platform organization is not yet appropriate. We provide senior engineering capacity that works with the existing team and backlog.
The engagement begins with the current architecture, known risks, access model, operational expectations and priorities. We agree how work is requested, reviewed, documented and handed over. We do not imply an invented 24/7 service; coverage and responsibilities are defined explicitly for each engagement.
We help investigate infrastructure and delivery problems across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, DNS, TLS, storage, databases and observability. Follow-up work can turn incident findings into monitoring, automation, documentation or architecture improvements. Routine maintenance includes platform and Kubernetes upgrades, dependency review, certificate and access concerns, and keeping operational components supported.
Ongoing work may include Terraform or Bicep refactoring, importing manual resources, improving state and review workflows, modernizing GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI or Jenkins pipelines, and strengthening Helm or Argo CD delivery. We prioritize changes that reduce repeated friction and make the platform easier for the product team to understand.
We improve metrics, logs, dashboards and actionable alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, CloudWatch, New Relic and PagerDuty. Security work can cover IAM, Entra ID, OIDC, RBAC, secrets, workload identity and access review. Backup and recovery work starts with what must be recovered, where copies live and how procedures are tested and documented.
Cost reviews consider workload behavior, unused capacity, data services, storage, network paths and operational tradeoffs. The cheapest individual service is not always the lowest-cost system to run. We recommend managed services, Kubernetes, virtual machines or self-hosted components according to the workload rather than a fixed vendor or platform preference.
This model fits SaaS and product teams, startups and scale-ups, high-traffic platforms and enterprise teams that need experienced capacity alongside existing engineers. AIOC can also own a defined improvement stream while internal teams remain responsible for application development.
The engineers in technical discussions are the people doing the work. Changes remain visible through repositories and reviews, decisions are documented, and knowledge is transferred to the team. AIOC brings more than 20 years of combined hands-on experience across production cloud, Kubernetes and traditional infrastructure.
