Pipeline modernization
Replace fragile scripts and manual gates with visible build, test, release and recovery paths.
AIOC modernizes application and infrastructure delivery using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Helm, Argo CD and Atlantis.
Replace fragile scripts and manual gates with visible build, test, release and recovery paths.
Use Helm and Argo CD to make desired state, promotion and drift understandable.
Operate hosted, self-hosted or Kubernetes runners with clear access and capacity boundaries.
A delivery system should give engineers fast feedback while keeping production changes controlled. We map how code becomes an artifact, how artifacts move between environments, where approvals belong and how a failed deployment is diagnosed or reversed. The result can improve an existing pipeline or replace a collection of undocumented manual steps.
Our engineers work with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitLab CI and Jenkins. We create reusable jobs where they improve consistency while keeping repository-specific logic close to the application. Runner design covers hosted services, self-hosted workers and Kubernetes-based runners, including credentials, network access, caching, capacity and maintenance.
For Kubernetes delivery, Helm packages application and platform configuration while Argo CD reconciles declared state. We structure repositories and values so changes across development, staging and production remain reviewable. Promotion can use pull requests, immutable image references and explicit environment changes rather than rebuilding different artifacts for each stage.
GitOps does not eliminate operational work. Argo CD itself needs availability, upgrades, access control, resource planning and monitoring. We have experience resolving cache, deployment and performance issues, using dedicated node pools and autoscaling where platform reliability requires them.
Infrastructure pipelines have different risks from application pipelines. Atlantis can expose Terraform plans in pull requests and control applies after review. We establish repository and project boundaries, credentials, locking and approval behavior so infrastructure changes are visible without turning every routine update into an opaque central process.
We separate build, verification and deployment responsibilities, retain immutable artifact identity and document how to recover from partial failure. The exact flow depends on regulatory requirements, team ownership and release frequency. Manual approval can be valuable at a risk boundary; it should not compensate for missing automation or unclear testing.
AIOC engineers have built and operated delivery systems across AWS EKS and Azure AKS environments using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Helm, Argo CD, Terraform Cloud and Atlantis. We can review an existing delivery platform, migrate pipelines, establish GitOps for a cluster, improve runner infrastructure or provide ongoing support.
