Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue related to AIOC, email strahinja.tasic@aioc-services.com. Include a clear description, affected location, reproduction steps and potential impact. Please do not include sensitive information unless requested through a suitable secure channel.

Good-faith research

We ask researchers to avoid privacy violations, disruption, data destruction, social engineering, denial-of-service testing and accessing data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Do not publicly disclose a potential vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.

What you can expect

We aim to acknowledge valid reports promptly, keep you informed as we assess the issue and share resolution progress where appropriate. Response times may vary with severity and complexity.

Scope

This policy applies to publicly accessible systems and domains owned and operated by AIOC. Third-party services have their own disclosure programs and terms.
